Maintenance & Repairs Service

The basis for the proper functioning of each property is an efficient and effective technical service. As a part of the real estate services, we provide maintenance service, troubleshooting of plumbing, heating systems, electric and lightning-installation, as well as ventilation.

We employ only qualified technical staff with appropriate authority and experience. For its part, we provide ongoing monitoring of the technical condition of the property and personal support when adopting the new premises.

Range of activities:


- Maintenance and repair of the estate’s technical equipment
- Consultation and technical advice
- Provision of services in accordance with applicable regulations
- Providing direct maintenance every day at predetermined times
- Providing professional tools and minor materials
- Painting and eliminating defects in the walls
- Lock repair and its replacement
- Minor renovations
- Suggestions of improvements that may help to reduce the cost of maintaining the property
- Reporting of adverse developments which constitute a threat to the proper functioning of the technical installations
- Providing employees with aesthetic uniforms.

Proposal of rates:
The proposed costs of services with transport within Warsaw included are as follows:
- 150,00 PLN net for: removing minor faults in equipment, small holes in the furniture, repair of locks (if feasible), curtain rods, faucets, minor plumbing or electrical works
- Individual pricing for: major repairs, maintenance, painting, replacement of faucets, modernization works.
The prices do not include VAT. Tax due will be added to each invoice issued.
