SANITARY REGIME DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMY

Your safety and satisfaction are the most important for us, so please read the information what preventive measures we are currently using:

1. Each apartment before and after departure is very thoroughly disinfected with the best quality means intended for this - we use professional ozonation  an UV

2. Guests check-in on their own - keys are collected and returned in safe-boxes, which are disinfected on a regular basis (all necessary details are provided upfront).

3. Payments are collected upon arrival with online transactions or credit cards.

Each apartment has an independent kitchen that allows you to prepare your own meals. In addition, we can provide breakfast and dinner at the door.

In the process of washing bedding, we use only substances that have appropriate approvals in the field of bactericide (we have safety data sheets) and it takes place at a temperature of min. 60 degrees Celsius or higher.

At the same time, our Office and Reservation Department are still at your disposal by phone or e-mail during standard opening hours. Upon special request, the check-in and payment process can take place in our office with full security measures.

In addition to our previous efforts to provide the highest level of service, we have made efforts to increase safety and health protection, as well as minimize the risks associated with the services provided. To this end, we have implemented the following procedures in the field of:

1. Temperature control of all employees.

2. Limitations on the number of employees in the office and office disinfection.

3. Restrictions to the minimum necessary contacts with outsiders.

4. Proceedings in case of suspected infection of a Covid-19 with an employee.
