Fully air conditioned, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, in Reserva de Marbella just 10 minutes drive from Marbella itself and 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Cabopino Marina and beach. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Walking distanced to local shops and restaurants. South facing balcony overlooking the gardens, complete with patio furniture. The apartment is set in beautiful, landscaped tropical gardens. The swimming pools, Jacuzzi and an infant pool. Lifeguards are in attendance in the summer months. The complex is enclosed for your security and has underground parking space, with lift access to the apartment. Easy access to the nearby beach.
The Lounge is light, airy and comfortably furnished, with settees and dinning table to seat 6 people. The television can receive the normal free to air satellite channels and there is a stereo centre, for your cd and local radio stations. Direct access from the lounge to the large, fully equipped balcony.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, and other appliances you would expect to find in your holiday home, to allow you to prepare the culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol.
The Bedrooms. The master bedroom can be configured as either a double bed or twin beds and the 2nd bedroom is twin bedded. This makes the accommodation ideal for either golfers or your family holiday. An extra child's bed can be provided to make it an ideal venue for a family of 5. The master bedroom has en suite facilities and there is another full bathroom to service the other bedroom.
Reserva de Marbella has a direct access road to the beach, over a bridge.

Eden Hill is in the prestigious Reserva de Marbella area only minutes away from the marina at Cabopino and close to the centre of Marbella.
Near the apartment there is a small commercial centre with a bank and restaurant. Only 3 minutes away in the car is a large convenience store (open 7 days a week) and a 24-hour pharmacy.
In Puerto Cabopino you will find a good choice of restaurants around the charming marina.
Within only a few minutes you will find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and sports facilities such as golf, water sports, tennis and horse-riding.
Puerto Banus and Marbella both offer fantastic shopping and a wealth of dining options.
The beach at Cabopino is one of the best on the Costa del Sol and you will find some lovely beach restaurants.
