Lovely renovated studio apartment located in the BENAL BEACH complex, one of the best neighborhoods on Benalmadena Costa (Malaga). The complex, located next to Santa Ana beach, has 24 hours reception and security, large parking area, bar-lounge, beautiful gardens with small lakes and fountains, great bathing area with 5 pools, water slides, bar and restaurant, lifeguard and recreational area. The complex is next to the gym "Atenas" with special price for residents (with all kinds of machines, sauna, jacuzzi, spa, etc.).

A 15% down payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining amount is to be paid in two installments: 45% payable within seven (7) days by bank transfer to the apartment owner’ bank account; the outstanding 40% to be paid in cash upon arrival. Also upon arrival a deposit of xxxx is required, which will be returned in exchange for the keys at the time of departure.
